New Home Warranty Service Requests must be submitted in writing. Please use this form for all your warranty service matter requests. Requests made in writing by mail or fax will also be accepted. Verbal requests made by telephone will not be accepted, except in the case of extreme emergencies. General maintenance matters, which is the responsibility of the homeowner, will not be considered as New Home Warranty service items.
